📦 Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay with Cash on Delivery or debit/credit card via Paystack.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save wishlists, and get exclusive deals.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to change or cancel it. After that, we may have already started processing.
💳 Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Mobile Money) via Paystack.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All online payments are processed through Paystack, which is PCI DSS certified and uses bank-level encryption.
Is there a deposit required for large orders?
For orders above GHS 10,000, a 30% deposit may be required before we process your order. We’ll contact you with details.
🚚 Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Ghana. Accra deliveries are typically within 1-3 business days. Other regions take 3-7 business days.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within Accra is FREE for orders over GHS 5,000. For other areas, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can also check status on our Track Order page.
🛡️ Warranty & Returns
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes. All electronics carry the manufacturer’s warranty — typically 1-2 years depending on the brand. Warranty terms are listed on each product page.
What if I receive a defective product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund. See our Returns Policy for details.
Can I return a product I just don’t want?
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund (minus delivery costs). Items must be in original packaging.
