Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return most items. Electronics items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) required
  • Item must not be damaged due to customer misuse

Non-Returnable Items

  • Software or digital products (once downloaded or activated)
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Items marked as “final sale” at time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email with your order number
  2. Provide photos of the item and packaging
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process
  4. Ship the item back using our provided return label or instructions

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Defective items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
