💳 Orders & Payment
- All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified.
- We accept Mobile Money, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (in select areas).
- We reserve the right to cancel orders with incomplete or unverifiable payments.
🚚 Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and availability.
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and may vary by region.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
🛡️ Warranty
- All electronics carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty.
- Warranty claims require proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
↩️ Returns
- Unopened, unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original packaging with all accessories.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
