  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified.
  • We accept Mobile Money, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (in select areas).
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders with incomplete or unverifiable payments.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and availability.
  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and may vary by region.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

  • All electronics carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty.
  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Unopened, unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original packaging with all accessories.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
